Responsibilities
Use tax technical knowledge to develop solutions to client problems, including preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions
Lead research and analysis related to a variety of tax advisory, transactions, and strategic issues
Partner directly with clients to support their needs and deliver high-quality projects
Oversee the development of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Taxation
6+ years of experience in tax advisory or consulting, with an emphasis on ASC 740 income tax provisions including proficiency with and implementation of tax provision technology; preferably with Big 4 or large CPA firm experience
You have a passion for developing client relationships, building a practice and an appetite for improving new skills
You get the job done and have fun doing it

You demonstrate analytical rigor and strong written and verbal communication skills
