Account Executive COL (Remote)
Simera is seeking an Account Executive responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting products, negotiating terms, and maintaining existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and serving as a trusted advisor
Identifying and qualifying potential customers
Presenting products or services in a compelling way
Negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
Prospecting and lead generation to onboarding and account management
Developing a deep understanding of each client’s needs, industry, and challenges
Maintaining and expanding existing accounts through proactive relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction
Conducting product demonstrations
Preparing proposals
Responding to RFPs
Tracking all client interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
Excelling in exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build rapport quickly
Being self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Measuring success not only by sales performance but also by long-term client loyalty and retention
