Responsibilities
Receive, log, and track samples in LIMS, ensuring proper labeling and storage
Prepare and execute routine and complex testing in chemistry, bioassay, and microbiology
Record and evaluate test results, maintaining accurate GMP/GDP documentation
Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments (HPLC, ELISA, incubators)
Troubleshoot testing issues and collaborate with senior staff on resolutions
Support investigations, audits, and process improvement initiatives
Maintain safety compliance and follow all regulatory and SOP requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with QC analysts, QA, and other teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years laboratory or sample management experience
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork
Ability to work night shifts on a 4/10 schedule
Preferred
Familiarity with LIMS or sample tracking systems
