Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics, with a proven ability to interpret and analyze large datasets effectively
Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to identify trends and create predictive models to support decision-making
Excellent Communication skills to present findings, explain data insights, and collaborate with diverse teams
Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced skills in statistical software (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with grant management processes or the nonprofit sector is a plus
