Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
Communicate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and government entities
Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and case strategy
Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
Collaborate with and staff to ensure effective case management
Stay current on applicable laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school
Active Texas Bar license in good standing
Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage a caseload with attention to detail
Professional communication and client-service focus
Preferred
Prior experience in workers' compensation or related litigation
