Responsibilities
Leads client conversations to gather requirements and deeply understand data governance needs and opportunities for improvement
Conducts research on available data governance tools and solutions, focusing on innovative, cross-functional capabilities to enhance data management processes
Actively participates in team meetings, contributing insights on workflow automation, process documentation, and data governance advancements
Builds relationships across WWT, fostering a collaborative, client-focused environment that supports data governance best practices and business alignment
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of business experience
5+ years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery
Undergraduate B.A
Expertise in asking insightful questions to understand business problems and identify relevant data governance measurements, objectives, and improvement opportunities
Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of client teams and internal stakeholders
Creativity in generating practical and innovative solutions to complex or ambiguous data governance challenges within team and client environments
A growth mindset, demonstrated by a willingness to explore new technologies, solutions, and approaches to enhance data governance strategies
Preferred
PhD. or MBA strongly preferred
