Sell insurance policies to renters and property management clients using Yardi’s ResidentShield platform
Answer questions about coverage options, policy changes, and new purchases via phone, email, and chat
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective policyholders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Property and Casualty Insurance license
One plus (1+) years or experience in the insurance industry
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Solid analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
Presentation and sales skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
