Responsibilities

Own and drive the AI and automation roadmap across the organization
Identify, prioritize, and deliver high impact AI enabled initiatives
Partner with senior stakeholders to align AI efforts with business goals
Lead design and implementation of AI assisted workflows and tools
Oversee integration and optimization of internal platforms and systems
Serve as the internal leader and advisor for AI and automation
Evaluate emerging AI tools and guide adoption decisions
Document systems, processes, and best practices to support scale

Qualification

Required

5 + years of experience across AI, automation, analytics, or technical systems
Experience leading or owning complex, cross functional initiatives
Hands on exposure to Generative AI or applied automation use cases
Strong business judgment and ability to translate needs into solutions
Comfortable operating independently and setting direction

Preferred

Background in consulting, professional services, or fast paced environments
Experience with some of the following is helpful but not required:
Generative AI tools and large language models
Automation platforms and workflow tools
Python, data focused scripting, or technical system design
CRM platforms and internal business systems
Cloud based software or AI services
