They are seeking a detail-driven Technical Design & Visualization Specialist to create and maintain complex schematic and geographic visualizations while providing input on product and visualization design based on hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

Create and update schematic and geographic drawings for mission-critical utility systems

Ensure visual outputs are clean, accurate, and aligned with customer requirements

Translate technical requirements into clear, effective visualizations

Write, review, and edit technical documentation and supporting graphics

Provide design feedback to product and engineering teams to improve visualization usability, consistency, and operator experience

Contribute input on layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns to support effective decision-making in operational environments

Track labor activity and support internal reporting

Communicate directly with customers in a professional, clear manner

Qualification

Adobe IllustratorCAD ToolsGIS FundamentalsMicrosoft OfficeEnglish communicationAttention to detailOrganizational skillsTime-management skills

Required

Adobe Illustrator: Advanced experience creating technical illustrations and scalable vector graphics

CAD Tools: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation (Bentley), or similar drafting software

GIS Fundamentals: Understanding of geographic data and visual representation

Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Excel and Word for documentation and tracking

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred

Associate's degree or higher in design, drafting, GIS, or a related field

Formal coursework or training in visual design principles and spatial layout

Experience collaborating with product, engineering, or UX teams to provide design or usability feedback
