Required

Ensure email campaigns adhere to best practices and legal requirements, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations

Implement and improve deliverability best practices

Champion accessibility and responsive design standards in all email templates

5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS

Demonstrated ability to translate marketing goals into data-driven automation strategies

Certified in email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Strong knowledge of email best practices, audience segmentation, and deliverability optimization

Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of Salesforce (ideally certified)

Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office 365 tools

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Solid understanding of HTML, email templating, and responsive design principles

Preferred

Knowledge of SQL or data querying

Experience with AI-driven personalization tools

Familiarity with web analytics and tracking
