Tigua Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee federal facilities operations supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The role involves ensuring compliance with contract requirements and serving as the primary liaison for government representatives.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
Oversee daily contract operations, staffing, schedules, and performance outcomes
Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), safety standards, and federal regulations
Lead planning, risk management, and corrective action initiatives
Manage subcontractors and support services as applicable
Attend weekly coordination meetings at the CBP El Paso maintenance facility
Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to obtain and maintain CBP Facility access
Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing facilities or operations contracts, preferably federal
Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, compliance, and performance management
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
