Marketing Coordinator – Temporary, Part-Time
Contec, Inc. is seeking a temporary marketing coordinator to support various marketing activities. The role involves managing surveys, providing administrative support for events, and assisting with learning management systems and general marketing tasks.

Responsibilities
Complete required SurveyMonkey training and independently seek out online resources to become proficient with the platform
Build and manage customer-facing surveys based on requests from internal teams
Ensure surveys are fully reviewed, edited, and aligned with stakeholder requirements prior to launch
Provide live survey links to stakeholders and manage survey distribution as needed
Create and maintain SurveyMonkey dashboards, monitor responses, follow up on results, and properly close surveys upon completion
Complete Highspot training to gain a working knowledge of platform administration
Assist with user management, including adding new users, placing them in the correct teams or spots, and ensuring proper access
Assign onboarding and training content through the designated Highspot onboarding spot
Collaborate with Marketing Managers to understand new hire enablement needs and ensure Highspot is set up accordingly
Provide administrative and organizational support for CONNECT, Contec’s annual sales and marketing event
Execute assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following established processes and directions
Assist with coordination efforts, documentation, and general event preparation support as needed
Assist with building and maintaining the LMS structure, including uploading sales team email addresses and ensuring proper organization
Support content setup for the Professional Business Unit, including uploading materials, writing clear descriptions, and ensuring a clean, user-friendly presentation
Help keep the LMS organized, accurate, and visually consistent as content is added
Support in market research activities, including competitive analysis for key markets
Develop communications for various product launches and other marketing campaigns

Able to manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
