“Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
Complete resident and property service requests
Experience with or ***desire to learn*** skills such as:
HVAC, painting, plumbing
Pool maintenance, grounds
Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc
Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
EPA or CPO certification a plus!
Must have valid Driver’s License
