Technology Platform Manager- Sales Automation

Responsibilities
Drive the Butterfly Program (migration from Salesforce to MS Dynamics) for Vision North America to ensure localization of the global MedTech implementation
Establish and nurture relationships up and down the chain both withing business and technology teams in the region and globally where necessary
Partner with Business Product Owner and commercial leaders to define, shape and lead the business product strategy, roadmaps, business cases and outcomes (OKRs, KPIs)
Translate business strategy to technology solutions and articulately and effectively communicate the strategy and vision across the organization
Have accountability for the solutions and their outcomes including related measures, metrics, and dashboards
Conduct experiments to test the real-world success of proposed solutions
Estimate development and effort levels to prioritize requirements and align IT capacity with top business priorities
Lead teams and deliver projects aligned to the platform’s vision, goals and encouraged outcomes. Define and ensure adherence to J&J processes and standards
Proactively partner with various internal teams and other regional and global enterprise architects to design scalable, flexible, and supportable technical systems that add business value and are aligned with the JJV technology strategy as well as enterprise patterns and standards
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
8+ years of equivalent business or technology experience are required
8+ years of experience in Digital, CRM, or Commercial-related technology positions, including multi-market deployments of a CRM platform delivering API-first architectures centered on mobile and web engagement solutions, is required
5+ years of experience and operational understanding of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms, including their product offerings and capabilities, are required
5+ years of experience in leading and driving the delivery of Agile projects with globally diverse teams is required
Completion of several full CRM implementations or complex IT projects from initiation, delivery to support is required
The ability to quickly learn complex business processes, understand and work across multiple business domains, and strong communication and critical thinking skills are required
Experience documenting user/system requirements and user acceptance testing scripts is required
Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate business requirements, direction, and initiatives, including the ability to balance requirements from an enterprise, sector, and franchise/region level, is required
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels, both inside and outside an organization, is required
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities with professionalism is required
Proficiency in creating effective and engaging Microsoft PowerPoint presentations is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel in aggregating, summarizing, and presenting data is required
Preferred
Experience in building a digital ecosystem, including user applications, solution and system architecture, integrations, and related data strategy and analytical capabilities, is desired
Experience leading technical conversations, workshops, and workstreams to consensus, conclusions, and actions is desired
Familiarity with various IT programming languages and techniques, database platforms, ETL tools, cloud-based architectures, and mobility platform solutions is desired
Certified on a CRM platform
Experience working with Sales and Marketing Organizations
Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Packaged Goods industries
Experience in regulatory and compliance matters (CCPA, GDPR, etc.)
Experience working in a Shared Services IT Operating model where development and support services are provided by shared services organizations that support multiple functional and organizational units
Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Ability to context switch between multiple complex and fast-moving projects while maintaining high quality and rapid delivery
