InternMcIlhenny Company is a family-owned and operated company known for producing TABASCO® Brand products. They are seeking an Engineering Intern who will perform data analysis, assist in project management, and drive improvements in operational facilities.

Responsibilities
Perform time studies and data analysis on production equipment
Plan, coordinate and execute continuous improvement projects and action items
Assist in project management of Capital and Expense projects
Work closely with the Maintenance team to drive improvements throughout operation facilities
Update project drawings
Assist with updating and monitoring files in the department’s database
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
Able to work 40 hours per week in the summer
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail
Preferred
Junior or Senior student in Engineering, Industrial Tech, or similar major
GPA of 3.0+
Prior experience working in engineering, production, or manufacturing positions
