Manage maintenance tasks for the property
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Handle plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Perform painting and drywall patching
Manage maintenance budget and tasks
Assist with emergency on-call phone coverage
Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience in maintenance including 3+ years' experience in multifamily housing
Extensive knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipes
Extensive knowledge of electrical including switches, outlets and light fixtures
Extensive appliance repair/ diagnostic experience
Painting and drywall patching experience
Basic computer skills for ordering, emails and navigating work order software (Yardi)
Previous direct leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Ability to manage a maintenance budget and effectively manage tasks
Extensive hands on HVAC experience and certification (EPA or HVAC Certification Required)
Ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to help with emergency on call phone coverage
CPO Certifications and hands on pool maintenance experience

Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 Per Year!
On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
$50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked
