Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting sales goals and strategizing for business growth
Experience in delivering Training sessions and a proven ability to enhance team performance
Ability to work independently and demonstrate a results-driven approach
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Prior experience in secure document destruction, document management services, or related industries is a plus
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is beneficial
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
