Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire a global team of delivery managers and professionals, setting strategic goals to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Operational Excellence: Drive efficient and effective global delivery operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface with key global stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and transparent communication across regions
Performance Management: Monitor global delivery performance through KPIs and regular reviews, implementing improvements to meet and exceed targets
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues and risks, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance global delivery capabilities and operational scalability
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as HR, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of delivery processes and alignment with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or related field
10+ years in global delivery management, with a proven track record in leading large, diverse teams and managing complex projects in an IT or service delivery environment
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a knack for managing client relationships at the executive level
Understanding of technical delivery and ability to work with technical teams to align delivery with business operations
Experience in Azure, Microsoft Technology Stack and Microsoft Products
Fluent in English mandatory
Preferred
Master's degree
Proficiency in multiple languages would be an advantage for global operations
