Senior Human Resource Manager - Lead
No7 Beauty Company is looking for a passionate Senior Human Resources Manager who will champion the entire team member experience. The role involves partnering with the North American division and global HR colleagues on strategic people initiatives and ensuring HR operations run effectively while fostering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
Lead the People Strategy: Partner with the Leadership Team and Global HR Director to define and execute a people strategy that supports commercial objectives
Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build high-performing teams
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, culture transformation, and change management as the business evolves
Maintain accountability for the end-to-end HR lifecycle
Oversee the work of the Payroll & Benefits Manager to ensure flawless delivery of payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
Lead the healthcare benefit agenda to ensure affordability and competitiveness
Oversee 401(k) governance, ensuring appropriate trustee reviews and compliance with fiduciary standards
Navigate the Boots ecosystem, working closely with global HR counterparts to leverage shared services (where applicable) and identify opportunities for cross-pollination
Provide robust management information and HR metrics to drive evidence-based decision-making
Partner with the Legal department to navigate complex employee relations matters, investigations, and policy updates, ensuring the business remains compliant
Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging efforts within the North American market, translating global goals into local action
Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance that balances business risk with empathy and fairness
Design and roll out programs that cultivate an inclusive, high-engagement culture in a hybrid working environment
Qualification
Required
5 to 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with specific exposure to the CPG or Retail industry preferred
Deep understanding of local, multi-state, and federal employment regulations and laws
Experience managing or mentoring HR professionals (direct reporting experience preferred)
Proven ability to work in a matrix organization, taking directions from a global team while operating with autonomy locally
Strong command of HRIS concepts and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
The ability to 'zoom out' for strategy and 'zoom in' to support the team with operational delivery when needed
Exceptional listening skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and coach employees at all levels
Comfortable working in a changing fast-paced environment; able to navigate ambiguity with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
