Guide clients through the mortgage loan process, from the initial inquiry to loan closing
Evaluate loan applications
Provide accurate financial advice
Ensure compliance with lending regulations
Communicate with borrowers, underwriters, and related parties to facilitate transactions
Build relationships with clients
Maintain knowledge of mortgage industry trends
Achieve sales targets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as Loan Officers and proficiency in the Mortgage Industry
Knowledge of Mortgage Lending processes and Underwriting practices
Strong Customer Service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Licensure as a Mortgage Loan Officer or willingness to obtain required licensing
Preferred
Proficiency with mortgage loan software systems is a plus
