Driving premium concierge growth through disciplined sales execution and high-leverage partnerships
Preserving Blueprint’s clinical integrity and brand credibility
Owning the end-to-end premium acquisition motion—from inbound qualification and consultative sales to strategic partnerships that deliver aligned, high-intent clients
Working closely with clinical leadership to ensure that growth is ethical, evidence-based, and sustainable
Focusing on relationship-driven growth, long-cycle decision making, and trust with sophisticated, high-expectation clients
Qualification
Required
Experience in driving premium concierge growth through disciplined sales execution
Proven track record of developing high-leverage partnerships
Ability to preserve clinical integrity and brand credibility
Experience with end-to-end premium acquisition motion, including inbound qualification and consultative sales
Experience in strategic partnerships that deliver aligned, high-intent clients
Ability to work closely with clinical leadership to ensure ethical, evidence-based, and sustainable growth
Strong relationship-building skills with sophisticated, high-expectation clients
Experience in long-cycle decision making
