Advisor Service Associate

Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from internal as well as external team members via phone and email in a timely fashion
Collaborate with other team members to ensure advisors experience consistent, high-quality customer service
Assist with the processing of financial and non-financial transactions*
Perform detailed research as requested on customer accounts and respond on time
Communicate NIGO issues to Advisors and follow-up according to standard procedures
Develop working relationships with internal and external Lincoln associates and branch offices
Execute and oversee the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including but not limited to trades, transfers, and account maintenance
Process daily transactions while meeting process requirements, SLAs and achieving quality metrics
Comply with policy and procedures of the team and regulatory requirements
Review paperwork for accuracy, completeness and clearly communicate with advisors if items need attention
Communicate NIGO issues to Advisors and follow-up according to standard procedures
Develop working relationships with internal and external Lincoln associates and branch offices
Qualification
Required
Motivated, self-starting, passionate team player
Ability to respond to inquiries from internal as well as external team members via phone and email in a timely fashion
Ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure advisors experience consistent, high-quality customer service
Ability to assist with the processing of financial and non-financial transactions
Ability to perform detailed research as requested on customer accounts and respond on time

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education or related experience
Preferred
Financial Services experience
Client service background
Investment/operations/advisory/transaction processing experience
Strong knowledge of business computer applications (Microsoft Excel and Word)
Familiarity with the Pershing clearing and custody platform
Previous experience in same-day processing environment
Retirement Plans knowledge
SIE and Series 7/99 preferred
