Responsibilities

Collaborate with O&S team members to understand their documentation needs and operational procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization
Develop and write high-quality, user-friendly documents that meet the needs of various stakeholders, including process owners, employees, and customers
Revise, edit, and update existing processes and procedures to ensure they remain current, compliant, and effective
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes and procedures across the organization
Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
Participate in project team meetings and meet deadlines with support of team leads
Integrate with the Project Engineering team and contribute to project engineering objectives as assigned

Required

Experience in technical writing, policy development, or a related field
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including virtual teams, as required
Ability to meet deadlines and quality standards
Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance

Preferred

Proven ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documents that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with subject matter experts and multi-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
Ability to author technical content for procedure manuals, services manuals, and related technical publications that describe installation, operation and maintenance of electronic, electrical, mechanical, and other equipment
Ability to author technical content that adheres to required standards, style guidance, contract requirements, and using clear and concise language
