Responsibilities
Visual & Brand Design Leadership: Lead visual and brand design for web, mobile, and interactive experiences, setting the standard for aesthetics, clarity, and alignment with the company’s identity. Ensure every product, feature, and campaign reflects world-class design quality
Creative Storytelling: Translate complex medical and scientific content into compelling, accessible narratives through design that resonates with healthcare providers and global audiences. Turn intricate information into visually engaging and understandable experiences
End-to-End Project Ownership: Drive projects from discovery through delivery—shaping requirements, conceptualizing ideas, executing design solutions, and delivering polished assets that meet both user needs and business objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align on vision, define priorities, and deliver impactful, innovative digital solutions across platforms
Design System Stewardship: Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence across all digital touchpoints while supporting efficient, high-quality design execution
Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of craft, ensuring pixel-perfect execution, technical precision, and meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field
10+ years in digital design, with 7+ years in product design
Hands-on experience designing across web, mobile, and interactive platforms
Proven experience building, maintaining, and evolving design systems
Experience leading design initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly convey design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Healthcare/pharmaceutical experience preferred but not required
Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with additional skills in motion and animation considered a valuable asset
Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is a plus but not required
