Responsibilities
Serve as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders on data strategy, analytics maturity, and AI adoption roadmaps
Lead assessments of client data ecosystems, defining transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and AI readiness strategies
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, actionable business strategies with measurable outcomes
Oversee end-to-end consulting engagements, from requirements definition and architecture design through implementation and change management
Ensure solutions leverage TP.ai’s whole ecosystem: cloud data platforms, unified analytics environments, advanced visualization, annotation systems, and human–AI collaboration frameworks
Drive the integration of automation, platform-enabled workflows, and crowdsourcing capabilities to achieve scalability and efficiency
Establish engagement performance metrics, client satisfaction tracking, and continuous improvement mechanisms
Define and institutionalize methodologies, playbooks, and toolkits to deliver consistent, world-class consulting engagements
Build and lead a high-performing global consulting team, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and thought leadership
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to shape compelling go-to-market strategies and differentiated client offerings
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and continuously evolve the service portfolio
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
8+ years of experience in data consulting, analytics strategy, or enterprise technology advisory, with significant tenure in top-tier global consulting or advisory environments
Deep expertise in enterprise-scale cloud and analytics ecosystems (data lakes, warehouses, unified analytics platforms, AIMLOps)
Proven experience managing global consulting teams and large, complex project portfolios
Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, multimodal data processing, annotation/labeling systems, and crowdsourcing models
Strong grounding in data governance, regulatory compliance, privacy laws, and responsible AI principles
Demonstrated success in bridging business strategy and technical execution, driving measurable enterprise transformation
Exceptional client relationship management, executive communication, and stakeholder influence skills
