Responsibilities
You will represent private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund clients in fund formation and advisement working closely with the securities and tax practices at the firm to structure funds and their management companies in the most efficient way from tax and operational point of views
Fantastic mentorship with direct access to partners
Because the firm services VC clients, they will happily assist in cultivating business development talent and providing a supportive platform that allows for originations traditionally turned away by other firms
The billable expectation is 1600
The firm is currently in the office 2 days a week
JD and law firm experience required
