They are seeking a licensed residential contractor in New Mexico to serve as the Qualifying Party and Project Manager, overseeing residential homebuilding projects and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the company’s Qualifying Party for its New Mexico residential contractor license

Act as Project Manager for residential construction projects (primarily single-family homes)

Ensure full compliance with New Mexico licensing, permitting, inspection, and construction regulations

Coordinate with internal estimating, operations, and executive teams

Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, quality control, and field execution

Assist in establishing scalable systems and processes as operations expand statewide

Active New Mexico licenseQualifying Party approvalResidential construction experienceNew Mexico regulationsProject management experience

Required

Already passed the required New Mexico residential construction exam

Currently listed as an ACTIVE Qualifying Party with the New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department (RLD)

Eligible to serve immediately as the company's Qualifying Party

Active New Mexico residential contractor license

Currently approved Qualifying Party with NM RLD (required)

Proven background in residential home construction

Strong working knowledge of New Mexico permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements

Ability to operate independently and make sound field decisions

Preferred

Project management experience strongly preferred

Open to flexible engagement structures (W-2, 1099, or strategic/leadership-style arrangements)
