Responsibilities

Perform legal secretarial duties in support of the West Covina Office’s legal team

Ensure all legal documents are skillfully drafted, proofread, formatted, and filed/served in accordance with legal requirements and court deadlines

Maintain internal databases and systems and organize voluminous case files complying with federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, as well as office policies and practices

Draft, review, and process office correspondence

Maintain office calendars and process subpoenas and travel
