This role involves monitoring and reconciling ledgers, processing invoices, and supporting vendor relationships within a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities
Monitor and reconcile ledgers across multiple bank accounts
Prepare and distribute daily accounts payable reports
Verify, code, and process operational and third party invoices
Manage invoice holds, payment cycles, and vendor communications
Review and reconcile corporate credit card statements
Process employee reimbursements and expense claims
Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain vendor W-9 files and support annual 1099 reporting
Assist with financial reporting, audits, and special projects
Support vendor contracts and ongoing vendor relationships
Provide occasional accounts receivable support as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Solid understanding of accounts payable best practices
Clear communication and strong problem solving skills
Comfort working independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Accounting education and experience in a professional services environment preferred
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Law firm experience is highly valued
