Responsibilities
Accurately enter invoices, payments, and financial data into accounting systems including performing compliance on all incoming car deals
Verify and balance accounts to maintain financial accuracy and post car deals in the General Ledger
Support reporting, journal entries, and financial reconciliations
Organize and manage financial documents for compliance and auditing, including check the accuracy of business transactions
Assist with various accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations
Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
