They are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Growth to lead the regional growth strategy and execution across health systems, driving strategic partnerships and expanding their footprint in alignment with value-based care initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead national sales strategies for hospital and health system partnerships
Drive quarterly and annual growth targets, ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage
Monitor market dynamics, CMS policy changes, and competitive trends to inform strategy
Identify, negotiate, and close complex strategic deals with executive stakeholders
Translate complex VBC models into compelling business and clinical value propositions
Represent Wellvana as a thought leader at industry events and conferences
Partner with legal, operations, and partner success teams to ensure seamless sales execution
Participate in cross-functional meetings to support client issue resolution and continuous improvement
Willingness to travel up to 50% to support national growth efforts

Bachelor's degree required, MBA, MHA, or related field preferred
10-15 years of healthcare sales, business development, or provider engagement experience
Proven success exceeding quotas and managing long sales cycles
Extensive experience selling to and managing relationships with health system clients
Experience with value-based care programs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage, and ACO models
Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling sales teams
Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively from a remote or home office
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for transforming healthcare
Instills trust, adapts to change, and learns quickly
Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism in all interactions
