Responsibilities
Work closely with an experienced LNHA at a primary facility while gaining exposure to nearby facilities and their operational challenges
Participate in rotations and workshops at our Corporate Headquarters, engaging with our leadership, clinical, and financial teams
Learn the full spectrum of facility management; resident care & satisfaction, operations & financial oversight, environment and quality compliance and leadership/strategy
Build the confidence and skill set needed to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic healthcare environment
Qualification
Required
Highly flexible and willing to travel to facilities throughout Ohio
Exposure to all aspects of facility operations
Hands-on training in facility operations, regulatory compliance, business development, finance, and team leadership
Work closely with an experienced LNHA at a primary facility

Preferred
MBA, Hospitality, Health Services Administration, Gerontology, or a related degree
Leadership and customer service oriented
Strong financial and operational acumen
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Openness to travel and potential relocation upon program completion
