The Community Concern Manager will lead the resolution of resident complaints and manage claims across the multifamily portfolio, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally in alignment with the company's commitment to exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities

Investigate and document facts surrounding resident claims
Maintain and update the internal claims database with accurate information
Track and report costs related to claim resolution
Escalate legal questions and complex matters as needed
Respond to resident inquiries with professionalism and objective problem-solving
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and share best practices
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis for Legal and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company protocols, Fair Housing, and landlord-tenant laws
Complete all required training and maintain organized files per company standards

Qualification

Claims managementMS Office proficiencyRealPage softwareCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively—listening, writing, and presenting—while adjusting content and tone to the audience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), RealPage or other property management software
Organized and proactive style with ability to prioritize, multitask, and be highly responsive
Ability to display and present yourself professionally

Preferred

BS/BA degree preferred
Familiarity with claims management software is a plus
