Responsibilities
Ensure the quality, compliance, and overall effectiveness of all programs serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Oversee program operations to align with regulatory requirements, agency standards, and best practices in person-centered care
Provide strategic and operational oversight to ensure service delivery is consistent, data-informed, and mission-driven
Lead internal committees focused on quality improvement, compliance, and service innovation
Support the organization’s development efforts by contributing to grant writing, monitoring program outcomes, and preparing timely reports for funders and regulatory bodies
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Human Services field from an accredited school of higher education
Minimum 3 years experience working with people with intellectual disabilities
Minimum 3 years management/supervision experience in related field
Driver's license required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Understanding of grant program life cycles
Preferred
Masters degree
Bilingual (Spanish & English) strongly preferred
