Responsibilities
Retrieves and interprets data from internal and external healthcare databases
Coordinates projects with diverse groups and communicates clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
Performs market analyses using market and state databases
Develops market schedules for the annual budget process
Conducts ad hoc market analysis and reporting
Assists with establishing data quality standards
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives
Leads improvement efforts to enhance performance and increase functionality of data resources
Identifies opportunities to continuously improve processes
Designs and prepares reports for management
Assists with data analytics, data collection, and implementation of analytic solutions
Provides analytics, reporting, and data integrity support for the Planning and Research department
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Understanding of survey techniques and research methodology
Demonstrated experience managing statistical research and data-interpretation projects
Compare data from various sources to draw conclusions
Possess strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams
Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent tasks
Ability to present information and communicate results in an effective manner
Bachelor's
3+ years of hands-on marketing analysis and/or database management
Preferred
Working knowledge of Minitab, survey techniques, and research methodology
Knowledge in SQL
