Post-Doc Research Associate - Wolberg Lab

They are seeking a Post-Doc Research Associate for the Wolberg Lab, focusing on research related to blood coagulation and its implications in various diseases, with opportunities for independent investigation and professional development.
Responsibilities
Advance ongoing R01-funded research focused on mechanisms of hemostasis and thrombosis
Tailor projects to the fellow’s expertise while contributing to established research efforts
Develop an independent line of investigation leading to future fellowship or career development funding
Qualification
Required
PhD or MD in a biological science or a related field
Candidate must have previous research experience in a scientific laboratory setting
Candidate must have strong background in biological science and prior peer-reviewed publications documenting scientific project leadership with skills in experimental design, data analysis, data presentation, contextualization, and writing
Preferred
Experience in blood coagulation research is strongly preferred but not required
Candidates with experience in biochemistry or enzymology, cell biology including tissue culture, histology, mouse models of thrombosis and hemostasis, and/or bioinformatics are encouraged to apply
