Responsibilities
Support sales pursuit by quoting renewals, processing credit requests, and handling sales and maintenance queries
Attend training sessions and contribute to the team's knowledge base by sharing insights and best practices
Manage renewal opportunities from lead to closure, ensuring accurate sales forecasting
Negotiate with partners for optimal pricing and coordinate with sales teams to exceed sales goals
Respond efficiently to customer and Account Manager inquiries, emphasizing the value of partner solutions and client's value proposition
Qualification
