Jewish Community Center is a nonprofit organization focused on community development in northwest Baltimore. They are seeking a Website & Social Media Contractor to enhance their digital presence by updating website content and creating engaging social media posts that connect the community to their programs and services.

Responsibilities
Update and maintain website content using WordPress, including creating pages, menus, event links, pop-ups, and homepage banners
Create engaging social media content and post to Facebook (minimum of two posts per week)
Design and update flyers, posters, and digital graphics using Canva and Adobe tools
Collaborate with staff to support program promotion, outreach efforts, and brand awareness
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Social Media Management, or a related field, or 1–2 years of relevant experience
Ability to commit up to 5 hours per week, primarily during business hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm)
Comfortable working remotely, with occasional on-site support during scheduled events
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience using Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Constant Contact, and WordPress
Clear, engaging, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing time, priorities, and deadlines effectively
Preferred
Photography and basic photo-editing skills
