Strong design expertise utilizing the latest in design best practices (ideally 10+ years)
Communication skills to drive discovery with stakeholders, translate ambiguity into decisions, and implement end to end
Proven ability to establish standards for design architecture, information structure, and interaction patterns across multiple teams/products
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern UX practices (flows, prototyping, component thinking, accessibility-minded design)
