The Supply Chain Associate will manage costing for imported products, track purchase orders, and perform various analytics to support the sales team and operations.

Responsibilities
Manage costing for imported products. Track quotes, price changes, and effect on margins
Place and manage purchase orders
Track import shipments, prepare detailed import costing data via Excel, audit Customs entry documentation for receiving
Review product and ancillary invoices in support of overseas production, assign costing codes for payment, track costs for import receiving
Manage and reconcile import account report detailing overseas production costs. Perform EOY review
Track profit margins and import cost factors to provide estimated costing projections in support of Sales Team
Create historical cost analysis reports based on import cost history for Management
Assist operations with customer specific sales reporting and support documentation
Perform a variety of analytics using Excel
Qualification
Required
Advanced Excel Skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Able to learn new software
Bachelor's Degree
minimum 0-3 years of experience in accounting and/or supply chain management
Strong analytic and mathematical skills
Ability to problem solve
Experience will determine starting salary
Preferred
Experience with Great Plains a plus
Experience working with oversea vendors and manufacturers helpful
