Responsibilities

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives to effectively align marketing strategy, positioning, and approach
Effectively manage and ensure the timely creation and execution of marketing deliverables and campaigns in collaboration with internal resources such as editorial, design, legal, compliance, and campaign management
Create or assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, websites, e-mails, social posts, newsletters, webinars, and other promotional materials
Develop, implement, and analyze new digital marketing content, lead and demand generation and nurturing marketing campaigns
Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for assigned area(s)
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
Analyze performance metrics to track and assess the effectiveness of marketing plans and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including campaign managers and strategic business partners to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers and retain clients

Required

3 - 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of this role
4 year/Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)
Strong communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team
Very high attention to detail
Proven ability to meet deadlines with effectiveness and efficiency

Preferred

Experience in employer benefits

Working knowledge of Workfront
Remains current in profession and industry trends
