The Recruiter will play a key role in defining the hiring strategy, shaping recruiting processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while owning the full-cycle recruitment process.

Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, product, GTM, etc
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and process improvements
Experiment with creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in recruiting (including technical recruiting)
Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent
Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities
Experience with ATS platforms (we use Ashby), sourcing tools, and employer branding strategies
Ability to develop hiring strategies and execute on them independently
Start up experience or experience working in fast paced environments
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Based in US or Canada
