Responsibilities
Lead enterprise‑level data architecture strategy and implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performance data pipelines and analytics solutions
Define end‑to‑end data architecture leveraging Azure Data Factory for orchestration, Azure Databricks for data processing and advanced analytics, and Delta Lake for Lakehouse storage
Design and develop enterprise data models, Lakehouse schemas, and data governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards
Implement and enforce data governance and metadata management practices using Azure Purview across multiple enterprise implementations
Optimize Databricks clusters and ADF pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Establish and maintain data quality management frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and lead technical design discussions
Demonstrate strong communication and client management skills, including the ability to engage with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Azure Data Engineering, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, T‑SQL, and enterprise data platforms
Lead enterprise‑level data architecture strategy and implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performance data pipelines and analytics solutions
Define end‑to‑end data architecture leveraging Azure Data Factory for orchestration, Azure Databricks for data processing and advanced analytics, and Delta Lake for Lakehouse storage
Design and develop enterprise data models, Lakehouse schemas, and data governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards

Proven experience in designing and implementing data architectures on Microsoft Azure
Strong knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance frameworks
Hands-on experience with Azure services (Data Lake, Synapse, Purview, Key Vault)
Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams
