Responsibilities
Provide supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff
Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities receiving services
Ensure the health and safety of the individuals living at the assigned site
Supervise/evaluate/train staff
Share in on-call responsibility
Complete weekly/monthly/annual paperwork
Ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain a professional working relationship with individuals' families, peers, subordinates, and other professionals
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or it's equivalent
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
Preferred
Supervisory experience and experience in Residential Services preferred
