Responsibilities
DevOps Strategy & Best Practices – Deep expertise in modern DevOps methodologies, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement across build, release, and deployment cycles
Kubernetes & Container Orchestration – Hands-on leadership in designing, scaling, and operating production-grade Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads
AWS Cloud & DevOps Tooling – Strong command of AWS-native DevOps services with a focus on CI/CD pipelines, reliability, and cost-aware cloud operations
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Proven experience implementing scalable, repeatable infrastructure using IaC frameworks to enable faster, safer deployments
Cloud Architecture & Troubleshooting – Solid understanding of AWS cloud architecture with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex, multi-layered technical issues
Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration – Ability to lead DevOps teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
