Responsibilities

Develop and establish SAM PRO processes ensuring controlled, tested, and authorized changes
Align operations with agreed policies and procedures
Execute releases per approved Release Management methodology
Integrate ServiceNow with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Enable tracking of use cases, stories, sprints, defects, and release packages
Manage stakeholder changes during deployments
Record and manage defects, risks, and issues
Transfer knowledge to customers and support teams
Define success/failure criteria for releases
Establish measurement processes for deployment success and incident tracking
Configure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
Create dashboards and visualizations for progress and risk insights

Required

Proven experience with ServiceNow SAM PRO process design and implementation
Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies
