Senior LevelSynectics Inc. is seeking an experienced Law & Motions Attorney to support a high-volume personal injury litigation practice. This remote role focuses on advanced motion practice and appellate strategy, working closely with trial teams to ensure cases are trial-ready and well-positioned for appeal.

Responsibilities
Draft and argue complex motions, including dispositive motions, discovery motions, and motions in limine
Prepare responses and replies to opposing counsel's motions
Support trial teams with jury charge issues, error preservation, and appellate strategy
Handle post-trial motions and assist with interlocutory and appellate briefs
Conduct advanced legal research on tort, procedural, and evidentiary issues
Collaborate with litigation teams to strengthen case posture for settlement or trial
Mentor attorneys on best practices in legal writing and motion practice
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Texas Bar license; federal court admission preferred
Extensive experience in civil litigation and appellate practice, ideally in personal injury or complex tort matters
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure, evidence rules, and appellate practice
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
