Bhired is a manufacturing company specializing in packaging products, and they are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and scale its sales function. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, managing and mentoring a sales team, and driving revenue growth across key accounts and new markets.

Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team
Drive revenue growth across existing accounts and new markets
Build and strengthen key client relationships
Set sales targets and track performance against goals
Work closely with leadership to align sales strategy with company objectives
Personally engage in high-level sales efforts when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong background in B2B sales
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Track record of driving and scaling revenue growth
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus
