They are seeking a Senior 3D Visualization Engineer to own real-time 3D visualization across the platform, focusing on rendering dynamically generated spaces captured via mobile devices.

Responsibilities
Real-time visualization of captured physical spaces with construction-grade accuracy
Procedural mesh generation for rooms, fixtures, and architectural elements
Dynamic geometry updates (e.g. swapping fixtures and automatically updating surrounding geometry)
Performance optimization for mobile and WebGL with strict memory and compute constraints
Integrating computer-vision-generated spatial data into correctly scaled 3D environments
Building systems that support interactive layout changes, material swaps, and live updates
Collaborating on core platform architecture and technical direction
Qualification
Required
5+ years building real-time 3D visualization systems
Strong C# and Unity experience
Hands-on experience with procedural generation, mesh deformation, or computational geometry
Solid foundations in linear algebra and vector math
Proven experience optimizing for constrained environments (mobile, WebGL)
Experience shipping customer-facing products
Senior-level judgment and ability to guide technical decisions
Preferred
Background at a game studio or engine/tooling team (e.g. Unity, Epic, Roblox)
Experience with constraint solvers, convex hulls, or geometry repair
Exposure to BIM or parametric modeling systems
Experience working across URP / HDRP pipelines
