Responsibilities
Supporting and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
Working with sales, internal departments and customers providing closed-loop communication
Meeting tactical operational needs, including answering inbound calls, providing issue resolution, A/P, credit and billing requests
Coordinating special orders
Managing Customer Service reports
Working with sales to coordinate account activities
Creating, documenting and implementing process improvement
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years' customer service experience
Dedicated customer service/relationship experience
Experience with written and verbal communication with employees and customers at all levels of an organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Order entry and information systems experience
